Experience at your service

  • More than 20 years of experience in organizational transformations(o.w. in Consulting at Accenture, in HR at BNPP Fortis): optimizing both business process and human performance, supporting the management of changein the field, managing and retaining key talents.

  • Myriam has witnessed what works in organizations and what doesn't from different sides of the table. Most people have good intentions and want good results to happen, but often competing interests or rigid systems stand in the way. 

  • She believes that an effective coaching relationship can help managers identify barriers to their goals and help them discover ways to achieve breakthrough results.

  • Myriamis trained as a professional coach and is certified.  That means that she is knowledgeable about and committed to using research-driven theories, tools and techniques in the coaching-work.  She is a member of the ICF International Coach Federation and therefore pledges accountability to the ICF Code of Ethics.
